?How to Better Protect Ourselves during the Spring Festival Travel Rush?

Clothing:?First of all, we need to dress warmly according to the weather to protect ourselves from catching cold, so as to reduce our chance of going to the hospital, especially the fever clinic. Secondly, we need to change and launder our clothes frequently.

Dining:?We should try not to eat out with others. But what if dining with our family and friends is inevitable during the Spring Festival? Then we must try to reduce the number of people getting together and stay away from big parties. There are three principles for us to observe: firstly, dine in a spacious room so that a safe distance is kept with each other. Secondly, wash our hands beforehand and use the public chopsticks and spoons to avoid cross infection. Thirdly, if we go to have a buffet, keep the facial mask on while taking the food.

Living:?Residences and offices should be aired and cleaned frequently and disinfected properly. The areas that are frequently touch by hand should be more carefully disinfected, including the taps, door handles, toilet buttons and lift buttons, etc.

Traveling:?Residents are highly recommended to stay in Guangzhou during the Spring Festival holiday. Travelers are advised to avoid long trips and drive to their destinations. We should participate more in outdoors activities instead of the ones held closed spaces if we need to go out. In the closed spaces where air is not sufficiently circulated, such as cinemas, farm produce markets, supermarkets, public washing rooms and public transit vehicles, we must wear the masks properly, keep our hands clean and avoid touching our face without washing hands. When we are in a plane or a high speed train, we should try to avoid changing seats, drinking or eating. While taking a taxi or a hailed car, we should take the back seat and open the window.

As for the disinfection of taxis and cars for hailing, he suggested that the drivers equip themselves with a bucket with a lid that can be fixed, a pair of rubber hand gloves and a duster. Everyday before taking passengers, they can prepare a bucket of disinfectant solution and soak the duster in the bucket. When the passengers get off, they should carefully wipe the key areas, such as the door handles, seats, railings and screens with the duster with their gloves on and then put the duster into the bucket for the next time. This method is better than using a spray or a wipe in terms of both disinfection effect and costs.

春節(jié)春運(yùn)期間如何做好個(gè)人防護(hù),？

春運(yùn)已經(jīng)開(kāi)始，春節(jié)就快到了,，對(duì)于這段時(shí)期的個(gè)人防護(hù),，需要注意什么？張周斌從“衣食住行”四個(gè)方面給大家一些建議,。

衣：一是春捂秋寒,，注意保暖，避免感冒,，減少自己去醫(yī)院,，特別是發(fā)熱門(mén)診就診的概率。二是注意衣物清潔,，勤洗勤換,；

食：主要是減少聚餐次數(shù)。但新春將至,，親朋好友,，三五知己控制不住怎么辦？那就一定要控制聚餐人數(shù),盡量不要參加大范圍團(tuán)體聚餐。主要把握三點(diǎn),，一是盡可能坐寬敞一些,，保持安全距離；二是注意餐前洗手,、使用公勺公筷,，避免交叉；三是如果是吃自助餐,，取餐的時(shí)建議佩戴口罩,；

住：無(wú)論是住宅還是辦公室,，要多通風(fēng)、勤清潔,、適當(dāng)消毒,。清潔消毒的重點(diǎn)是手高頻接觸的部位，比如水龍頭,、門(mén)把手,、馬桶按鈕、電梯按鈕等等,；

對(duì)于出租車,、網(wǎng)約車消毒的要求，他建議,，可配備一個(gè)可鎖定蓋子的小水桶,、一副膠手套、一塊抹布,。每天出車前,，用消毒片配一小桶消毒液，抹布浸泡在桶里,?？腿讼萝嚭螅瑤夏z手套對(duì)車子內(nèi)外門(mén)把手,、座位以及前后欄桿或隔離屏等重點(diǎn)部位進(jìn)行擦拭,，然后把抹布放入消毒桶中，等待下次使用,。這樣無(wú)論從清潔消毒效果還是成本上都優(yōu)于噴壺噴灑或者消毒濕巾,。
