Biography
Dr. Yao studied in the seven-year program of clinical medicine in Sun Yat-sen University and gained his master degree in 2001, and later he gained the doctor degree of vascular surgery from the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University in 2006. He finished post-doctoral training at Stanford University and clinical fellowship in Park Hospital (Leipzig, German). And he was promoted to full professor in 2015, and to the vice chief of the Division of Vascular Surgery in 2017.
