Biography

Dr. Qiu has been engaged in urology for over 30 years and has rich clinical experience in diagnosis and medical treatment of various diseases of urology, especially, urologic malignancies, prostate diseases and endourology. Dr. Qiu, as a pioneer, performed retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgeries in 1990s, and prostatectomy and partial nephrectomy by using the da Vinci robot system in South China from 2015. He also gets rich experience in the treatment of complex renal tumor with thrombosis, adrenal carcinoma with ?thrombosis and other complicated surgeries.

Dr.?Qiu Shaopeng is the deputy Director of Genitourinary Medical Association Of CPAM, Guangdong Society of Urology and the chairman ?of the Urology and Andrology Commission Of Guangdong Health Management Association.He is also the editorial board member of Chinese Journal of Urology, Chinese Journal of Surgery and Chinese Experimental Journal,et al.

He has published nearly 200 scientific papers in the field of urology, andrology andrenal transplantation, including over 40 papers in international peer review journals. He was also the chief editor of Prevention of Male Disease Misdiagnosis and Analysis of Typical Cases of Male Disease, associated chief editor of Minimally Invasive Urology and Wu Jieping Urology.
