Biography
Dr. Lin’s research focus is to understand the physiological functions and the molecular mechanisms of RNA and DNA epigenetic modifications in stem cells and cancers. He is committed to exploiting the basic knowledge of RNA/DNA epigenetics for the development of novel diagnostic markers and therapeutic strategies for cancers and other developmental diseases. He has published 20 papers in high impact journals such as Mol Cell, J Clin Invest and Nat Rev Cancer. Dr. Lin received grants/awards from Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation/Sohn Conference Foundation, Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, Sun Yat-sen University and National Natural Science Foundation of China.
