Prof.?Qin is the Deputy Dean of the Seventh Affiliated Hospital and the Director of Education of the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sun University. ?Prof. Qin, the founder of Chinese Fasting Therapy, is the first to induce it from Germany, combined it with traditional Chinese decoction and modified it to Chinese protocol, which is in the leading position of reducing the hunger when fasting. It has been proved to have great therapeutic effects in obesity, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, arthritis and allergy. Prof. Qin has hosted 8 fasting therapy national training courses, published over 50 original scientific reports in national or international scientific journals including 10 SCI articles, owned 2 national patents and hosted over 10 Chinese?or Guangdong National?Natural?Science?Foundations.
Prof.?Qin is also the standing member of CPPCC Guangdong committee, Vice chairman of Guangdong committee of Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party.
