Professor?Huang M.D., Ph.D., is?the standing director of Society?of Immunology of Guangdong province, member of Chinese?Society?of Immunology, member of Chinese Society of Microbiology and member of Chinese Society of Cell Biology.?From 2001 to 2002 Professor Junqi Huang worked in?Canadian?British Columbia Research Institute (BCRI) for children’s and women’s health as a visiting scientist.
Her?research interests are in area of inflammation, transplantation and immunity.?She was devoted to the study of the mechanism of viral infection and inflammatory demyelinating diseases, the roles and?immune tolerance strategy?of immune-related molecules?to?promote?biological materials the clinical application. She have gotten more than 15 grants including 3 grants from National Natural Science Foundation, 1?Important project of Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province?of China?and 8 grants from Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology.
