Biography
Dr Ma has a lot expertise in the field of liver diseases and transplant?surgery. He is able to conduct liver transplant operations, including the recipient and donor procedure?independently. He has been participating in more than 1200 cases of clinical liver transplantation and series of combined liver and kidney?transplantation, combined kidney and pancreas transplantation and multiple organ transplantation. Finishing more?than 39 academic papers publicly, hosting ten?and participating in several research?projects, which are sponsored by national natural science foundation, Ministry of Education or Ministry of Health.
Due to?the?contribution in the field of organ transplantation, Dr Ma has?been awarded the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of the Guangdong Province Science and Technology Progress Award, the second prize of the Science and Technology Award of the Chinese Medical Association and other awards.
