On March 19, 2020, a video meeting was held between experts from The First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University and UC Davis, CITRIS and Lingnan foundation, including Prof. Bahareh Nejad, Director of Robotic Surgery Center, Professor Hung S Ho, Director of Gastrointestinal Surgery from University of California Davis; Dr. David Lindeman, Director of Health, Mr. Tod Stolz, Director of Business Development and International Affairs from CITRIS; Dr. Ding-Jo H Currie, President of Lingnan Foundation.

The parties shared experience on anti-COVID-19. Prof. Xiao Haipeng, Vice President of SYSU and President of FAH-SYSU, expressed the hospital’s willingness to support international partners against COVID-19.
