As COVID-19 caused a global pandemic, Dr. Wu Dexi, member of the second medical team from Guangong to Dominica, was selected as member of Dominica International Health Regulation (IHR) and attended several special working group meetings on the prevention and control of COVID-19 with Prime Minister Mr. Skerrit, Minister of Health Mr. McIntyre as the only representative from the medical team.

Dr. Wu Dexi shared the latest progress, epidemic prevention measures, diagnosis and screening experience during the meetings and put forward constructive suggestions for government of Dominica.?The English version of personal protection videos for COVID-19 recorded by FAH-SYSU and the latest Chinese guidelines were shared as well.
