FAH-SYSU Officially Launched Asia-Pacific Nursing Collaboration

On December 20, 2019, the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University launched the Asia-Pacific Nursing Collaboration. International nursing experts attended the launching ceremony, including Professor Fiona Stoker, CEO, and Professor Margaret Gatling, Director from Australian Nursing and Midwifery Council; Professor Phillip Della, Dean of School of Nursing and Midwifery, Curtin University; Prof. Lim Swee Hia, President of Singapore Nurses Association,

Professor Kuang Ming, Vice President of FAH-SYSU, fully affirmed the achievements of specialized nursing in the hospital, and expressed expectation on further improving specialized nursing skills and building a world-class nursing team through international exchange and cooperation.

The Asia-Pacific Nursing Collaboration aims to promote joint training and certification of Chinese and Australian nurses and develop partnership between the hospital and international nursing institutions.
