During the 40th SICOT Annual Meeting, Professor Zhu Qingtang, Deputy Director of Microsurgery, Trauma and Hand Surgery, FAH-SYSU was elected Chairman of Orthopaedic Microsurgery Committee of International Society of Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology (SICOT).

SICOT was founded in 1929 and currently has more than 25,000 members from 119 countries and regions. It is one of the most prestigious academic organizations in orthopaedics. This election shows Professor Zhu’s contribution to orthopaedic microsurgery is globally recognized by his peers.?
